National Pulled Pork Day is October 12th!
Around here, pulled pork isn’t just something on the menu. It’s something we put a whole lot of time, smoke and care into. National Pulled Pork Day is October 12, so we’re celebrating one of our BBQ staples (and giving City Rewards members a free drink when they visit us in-joint)!
Great pulled pork takes time, and we don’t rush it. Our pork butts (otherwise known as pork shoulder) are hand-rubbed and slow-smoked fresh over local hickory wood until tender and packed with smoky flavor. Then, it’s hand-pulled and served fresh, whether you’re getting it piled onto a sandwich, alongside your favorite sides or however you like your pulled pork best.
It’s a process we repeat every day because when it comes to great BBQ, the little things, and the time you put into them, matter. Smoke. Pull. Serve. That’s pulled pork the City Barbeque way.
Celebrate With Us: On October 12, City Rewards members can enjoy a free drink in-joint as we celebrate National Pulled Pork Day. Not a City Rewards member yet? Sign up ahead of time so you’re ready to celebrate with us.
