The Pitmaster City Rewards Instant Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and DC who are 18 years of age or older as of date of game play and who are members of the City Rewards Program or become members of the City Rewards Program during the Promotion period. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees of City Barbeque, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, the City Rewards Program terms and conditions posted at City Rewards Site (the “Rewards Program Terms”), and to these Official Rules.
