Pitmaster City Rewards Instant Win Promotion Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

The Pitmaster City Rewards Instant Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and DC who are 18 years of age or older as of date of game play and who are members of the City Rewards Program or become members of the City Rewards Program during the Promotion period. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees of City Barbeque, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, the City Rewards Program terms and conditions posted at City Rewards Site (the “Rewards Program Terms”), and to these Official Rules. Additionally, the Pitmaster Game is subject to the Pitmaster Terms of Use posted on the City Barbeque website (City Barbeque (citybbq.com)) (the “Site”). Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, the Rewards Program Terms, and the Pitmaster Terms of Use.

The Promotion runs from October 30–November 30, 2023. To participate, you must visit the Site, play the free simulated smoking game called “Pitmaster,” and earn points in the Pitmaster Game as follows.

All rewards may be redeemed in the form of offers in your City Rewards account You must have an active City Rewards account in order to claim a reward. Only one offer can be claimed at a time: Once that offer has been redeemed, another reward can be claimed. To claim your reward, log into your City Rewards account or sign up for an account when prompted.

To redeem an offer, you must be logged into your City Rewards account if ordering online or scan your app or check in via phone number if ordering in person. Previously placed orders are not eligible. These offers are not valid on catering orders, orders placed over the phone, or orders placed on third-party delivery apps or websites. These offers are not valid with any other offers and cannot be partially redeemed. These offers have no cash value and are limited to one offer per check. All offers will be valid for one week after they are placed in your City Rewards account.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that: (a) you release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any reward (whether issued or not issued) and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Columbus, Ohio; (c) you submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Ohio for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $25, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Ohio, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.
