“Not burnt,” “meat candy,” “little chunks of heaven”: burnt ends can be a little hard to describe. But why waste time talking about them when you could be eating them? And you can eat them starting today at City Barbeque!

Our burnt ends are double-smoked cubes of brisket with a sweet homemade glaze and a little char. If they didn’t sound good enough on their own, we serve them up by the half-pound (!) over a piece of garlic-buttered, griddled Texas toast and toss a couple of our incredible pickles on the side. These burnt ends are rich, indulgent, and smoked in super-small batches… which means we sell out nearly every day.

Available at participating locations, our scratch-made Jacked Mac is straight-up overflowing with Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. We bake the whole thing until it’s golden brown and gorgeous. And if that weren’t enough, you can take the whole thing right over the top—literally—with a topper of smoked bacon or brisket. What more could you want?

We’ve been helping grads throw killer parties for years and here are a few tips from our experience:

  • Whatever you do, don’t run out of food- for a meal we suggest ordering 1 pound of meat for every 3 to 4 people and figure 5oz. of each side dish per person.
  • Finger foods help promote socializing…our Sandwich Packs make 12 quarter pound sandwiches and come with pickles, pickled onions, buns and sauce.  Stock up – your guests will want more than one!
  • Reduce costs by joining forces with other graduating friends. Chances are, your guest lists are similar, so your dollars will go further if you combine all the individual celebrations into one big one.
  • Delegate to others so you’re free to mingle with guests…our catering staff can do more than just serve food- they’ll help you set up the buffet, clean up, etc. Just let us know what level of service you’re looking for and we’ll handle it! Or I’m sure Cousin Eddie would be happy to refill drinks 🙂

We know what your Easter table needs: one of our artisan-cured, bone-in, hickory-smoked hams! Easter’s not until April 21, but you might want to call to reserve your ham today: quantities are extremely limited, and we sell out every year.

Each ham feeds 10 folks (with plenty of leftovers!) and costs $79. While you’re ordering that ham, don’t forget to round out the meal! Green beans with bacon, corn pudding, potato salad—we’ve got you covered.

All City Barbeque locations will be closed on Easter; hams will be available for pickup April 13–20.

Kids, grab your grown-ups: it’s the best day of the year! All City Barbeque joints will celebrate “Family Time” on Sunday, February 24—which means. kid’s meals are free with an adult meal purchase all day long! You don’t need a coupon or anything, either—just tell us you’re here for “Family Time” when you get here and you’re good to go!

Just like everyone else, we’re clearing out space on our smoker shelves and only keeping things that spark joy… so we actually shuffled stuff around to make room for two of our very favorite limited-time specials!

Available at all locations on Fridays only, our Atlantic salmon ($10.99) is smoked in-house, seasoned with dill, and served with lemon over a bed of fresh baby greens. This perfectly smoked salmon is served hot off the smoker and always sells out quickly—be sure to get in early to catch yours!

 Speaking of “sells out quickly,” let us introduce you to the Big Bone, a massive beef rib available Saturdays only through the end of March. Beautifully marbled and packed with flavor, the Big Bone is hand-rubbed with City Barbeque’s signature rub, smoked low and slow, and served by the bone (trust us, you only need one: just one of these bones can weigh a pound and a half!). The Big Bone sells out every day we smoke ‘em, and you’ve got nine chances to get one, so plan accordingly!
