Just like everyone else, we’re clearing out space on our smoker shelves and only keeping things that spark joy… so we actually shuffled stuff around to make room for two of our very favorite limited-time specials!

Available at all locations on Fridays only, our Atlantic salmon ($10.99) is smoked in-house, seasoned with dill, and served with lemon over a bed of fresh baby greens. This perfectly smoked salmon is served hot off the smoker and always sells out quickly—be sure to get in early to catch yours!

 Speaking of “sells out quickly,” let us introduce you to the Big Bone, a massive beef rib available Saturdays only through the end of March. Beautifully marbled and packed with flavor, the Big Bone is hand-rubbed with City Barbeque’s signature rub, smoked low and slow, and served by the bone (trust us, you only need one: just one of these bones can weigh a pound and a half!). The Big Bone sells out every day we smoke ‘em, and you’ve got nine chances to get one, so plan accordingly!

This massive pile of deliciousness is sure to satisfy even the hungriest of fans at your viewing party for the Big Game. Let us save you some time cooking this Sunday: all you need is our slow-smoked pork, our Original sauce, and about five minutes to assemble your loaded nachos.

This recipe feeds about three or four people—multiply as necessary!

To make our Loaded Pork Nachos, you’ll need:

  • 1 lb City Barbeque pulled pork
  • City Barbeque Original sauce
  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded Mexican cheese blend (or whatever you’ve got in your fridge!)
  • Jalapeños
  • Avocados
  • Black beans
  • Cilantro
  • Sour cream
  1. Call ahead, order online, or stop by your City Barbeque joint to get some slow-smoked pulled pork and Original sauce.
  2. Dice the jalapeño and cube the avocado… you can even mash it for some homemade guac!
  3. Top the tortilla chips with your cheese of choice and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  4. Top with warm pulled pork, piled as high or as low as you’d like (when it comes to BBQ, though, we always say the more, the merrier!).
  5. Top with black beans, jalapeño, and avocado.
  6. Finish it off with a dollop of sour cream, some freshly chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of Original BBQ sauce!

Whether you’re making snacks for the big game or just celebrating Taco Tuesday with the family, these BBQ pulled pork tacos are the perfect way to feed your crowd! We’ll smoke the pork and provide the sauce, you just put them together (with ingredients you probably already have on hand).

This recipe makes enough tacos for about three folks but is easily doubled, tripled, or multiplied by 20…

To make these tacos, you’ll need:

  • 1 lb of City Barbeque pulled pork
  • Original sauce
  • Corn or flour tortillas, your call
  • Jalapeños (pro tip: you can pick these up at City Barbeque, too!)
  • Avocados
  • Black beans
  • Cilantro
  • Cheese of your choice (we like shredded cheddar but literally anything works)
  1. Call ahead, order online, or stop by your City Barbeque joint to get some slow-smoked pulled pork and Original sauce. (Pick up Brushfire sauce instead if you’re feeling extra spicy!)
  2. Dice the jalapeño and chop the avocado small enough to fit comfortably on your tacos.
  3. Add about 1-2 ounces of pulled pork to each tortilla. (You could also pre-sauce your pork before adding to your tacos, if that’s your jam.Warming your tortillas is another not-necessary-but-nice extra step!)
  4. Top with your cheese of choice—feel free to melt cheese at this stage!
  5. Top with black beans, jalapeño, and avocado.
  6. Finish it off with some freshly chopped cilantro and drizzle with some Original BBQ sauce!
