This year, we’re showing our appreciation during Member September, where every City Reward member will get a $3 gift every day in September as thanks for being a member! Your $3 gift will be loaded into your account every morning and can be used on any purchase of $10 or more.

Member September will span the whole month, September 1–30, 2023. You’ll get a new offer in your account every day: To redeem in-store, just click the offer and scan your app or provide your phone number for the cashier to look up your account. Your daily $3 gift can also be redeemed on orders placed online or in the app.

Why are you giving away so many gifts?
We want to thank our City Rewards members for coming to us for the city’s best barbeque!

If I join today, do I get my first $3 offer right away?
No: All $3 offers will be issued first thing in the morning. If you join on Monday, you’ll receive your first $3 offer on Tuesday. (If you’re looking for a more immediate reward, you can get $5 right away for downloading the app and signing up!)

Can I bank my daily offers or use more than one at once?
No: You’ll receive an offer every day, and each offer is valid for one day only. Once the day ends, all unused offers will expire and disappear, and will be replaced by the next day’s identical offer.

Can I use my $3 with any other offer/promo/rewards dollars?
No: If you’re redeeming rewards dollars, redeeming another offer, or taking advantage of an in-store promotion, you won’t be able to use your daily $3 offer. Please note this includes Family Time on Sunday, September 24: you won’t be able to use both your daily $3 and any free kids’ meal(s). You’ll have to choose one or the other.

Is there anything I can’t do with this $3?
Your daily $3 is only valid on orders with a subtotal of $10 or more; purchases of alcoholic beverages, bottled sauce, and gift cards don’t count toward that required subtotal. Your $3 can’t be used on future orders, previously placed orders, catering orders, or orders placed on third-party delivery apps or websites. Your $3 also can’t be partially redeemed, is one-time-use only, and has no cash value.
