Picked up a catering order but not sure how to set it up? Read on for our expert tips for setting up a City Barbeque catering spread!

  • Plates and bowls
  • Cornbread and buns
  • Salad and dressing
  • Cold sides
  • Hot sides
  • Pork
  • Brisket
  • Condiments
  • Napkins and utensils

SETTING UP YOUR SPREAD

  • Use the provided butcher paper to cover your table
  • Set out wire racks on table and place one large empty pan in each rack
  • Fill each large pan about a quarter-full of water
  • Place two pans of food in each large water-filled pan
  • Remove sterno lids, carefully light fuel, and place one under each wire rack
  • Lay out the rest of your spread
  • Write labels for each item right on your butcher paper
  • Keep everything covered until it’s time to eat
