One lb. Beef Brisket
This is what started the business. In 1997, our founders won a national championship with the very brisket you can get every day at City Barbeque. Hand rubbed with our special recipe rub, it is then lovingly placed in the hickory wood-fueled smokers by our Pitmasters where it will spend hours. Cooked low & slow over indirect heat in the smoker, patience is key to great brisket.
One lb. Pulled Pork
Our pulled pork starts as a pork shoulder. This cut is perfect for barbeque because it really soaks in the hickory smoke flavor. Hand rubbed with a special blend of seasonings, we smoked it for hours and then our boards specialist pulls it fresh for your sandwich right in front of you. It’s hand pulled pork. Try it without sauce first, and then if you like sauce, add some as you go. This is good stuff delivered to your door.
One lb. Smoked Turkey
Coming from a local farm in Ohio, our turkey breast is something special. Marinated in our special recipe, butter rubbed and smoked for hours. Pulled fresh from the smoker, hand sliced and served hot. Bursting with juices, we guarantee it’s the best turkey you’ve ever had.
One quart Baked Beans
This recipe is the result of years & years of experimentation. We worked on these for 14 years perfecting the recipe. A crowning achievement on this recipe was the left over brisket, baked slow and low that adds a great flavor.
